At Bull Moose Consulting, we specialize in building teams and culture for high-growth web3, AI, and frontier tech startups. We provide a high-touch, bespoke, white-glove approach along with Teddy Roosevelt energy to startup recruiting.

We embed with our clients as fractional or full-time consultants to provide full-service recruiting strategy, operations, and execution. By working in the trenches alongside founders, engineering, and GTM teams day-to-day, we deeply understand each team’s culture, communication, and priorities. This ultimately enables us to more effectively identify, close, and retain the highest caliber talent across the industry and scale up the company as it takes off. We’re typically among the first non-technical people at the company and have hired interns to executives.

We’ve supported world-class startup teams including Uniswap, Flashbots, Phantom, Farcaster, Goldsky, Privy, 0x Labs, Kraken, Conduit, Azuki, Succinct, Jump Trading/Crypto and others.

Summer 2025 Internship Class

As a Talent Consulting Intern at Bull Moose Consulting, you will get hands-on experience recruiting for and working with elite early-stage (Seed <> Series C) web3 companies. Interns will also lead a research project, providing insights to help our clients more effectively hire and retain top talent as well as support broader company strategy and operations. Finally, you’ll support business operations across Bull Moose as we look to scale our consulting practice — implementing novel AI tools, marketing strategies, and other projects to take Bull Moose to the next level.

• You are passionate about web3 and keep up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments. You’re actively on CT and Farcaster and have your pulse on the recent narrative and vibe.

• You are curious — always looking to dig 1-2 layers deeper and understand topics at a fundamental, first principles level.

Potential responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing candidates, to coordinating interviews, to closing candidates.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, key players, and hiring patterns within web3.
